Adidas and Footpatrol launch reflective Megaride AG sneaker

Adidas and Footpatrol have released an all-black Megaride AG sneaker as part of their Shades of Black project. The shoe features reflective 3M details and tunneling pod cushioning.

The Megaride AG combines an open mesh upper with rubber overlays and a leather lacing system. It rests on Adidas signature tunneling pods inspired by architectural ring systems.

Reflective 3M Three Stripes provide the main contrast on the otherwise dark colorway. Contrast stitching at the toe adds further detail.

The design draws from archival running shoes of the aughts era while focusing on a contemporary urban aesthetic.
