Damen Yachting has delivered Alva, the eighth unit in its Amels 60 series, following her launch in Vlissingen, Netherlands, in July 2025. The 60-metre superyacht, featuring custom Harrison Eidsgaard interiors and hybrid propulsion, is en route to Valletta, Malta, ahead of her debut at the 2026 MYBA Charter Show in San Remo and summer charters in France, Italy, the Balearics, and Greece via Christie Yachts.
Damen Yachting has announced the delivery of Alva, the eighth Amels 60 superyacht, now heading to Valletta, Malta, for her charter debut. After sea trials in autumn 2025 and a sale in December, final outfitting emphasized owner customizations and charter enhancements. Alva will join sisterships Come Together, Entourage (Neptune award winner), and Memories (seventh unit, delivered June 2025) in the Mediterranean charter fleet.
The Espen Øino-designed exterior features geometric windows, expansive outdoor areas including a 162-square-metre sundeck with outdoor cinema, gym, spa tub, shaded dining, panoramic platforms, Jacuzzi, sunpads, wellness zone, beach club, and sauna. Interiors by Harrison Eidsgaard offer a calm, contemporary feel with navy accents, rich walnut, floor-to-ceiling windows, open-plan salon, dining area, elevator, and a main-deck owner's suite with a folding 75-square-metre balcony, plus a VIP and four guest cabins for 12 guests. Crew quarters accommodate 12, including the captain.
Hybrid MTU propulsion delivers a top speed of 15.5 knots, 14 knots in eco-mode, 4,500nm range at 13 knots, and 7 knots on electric. Water toys include Sea-Doo WaveRunners, Seabobs, Fliteboard, wakeboards, waterskis, kayaks, paddleboards, scuba gear, fishing equipment, a floating pool, and tenders like an 8.6m Pascoe. As a certified RYA watersports centre, Alva offers professional instruction.
