Amida has launched the Digitrend OSII Black, the latest version of its unconventional jump-hour watch. The model introduces a roll cage and lume for improved visibility.
The watch measures 39.6 by 39 millimeters with a maximum thickness of 15.6 millimeters. It features 50 meters of water resistance and uses a sapphire hood for viewing the interior.
It is powered by a Swiss-made Soprod Newton P024 automatic movement operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour with a 38-hour power reserve. A proprietary nine-piece module handles the jumping hours and scrolling minutes via the patented Light Reflecting Display.
New internal elements include a roll cage styled like a sports car air vent and lume applied to the numerals, logo, and vent. The edition is limited to 150 pieces priced at 5,150 Swiss francs excluding taxes.
The Digitrend OSII Black is sold on the brand website with a charcoal Alcantara strap that has an orange calfskin lining. It follows prior versions released since the 2024 relaunch by designer Matthieu Allègre and Clément Meynier.
