A 41-year-old woman faces multiple charges after allegedly pepper-spraying an Army veteran during a road rage incident in Vallejo, California. The confrontation began when the woman believed the victim was driving too slowly on Wilson Avenue.
Tiffany Bagby stands accused of false imprisonment, assault likely to cause great bodily injury, unlawful use of tear gas, battery with serious bodily injury and several other charges, according to the Vallejo Police Department. The incident took place Monday morning when Bagby, driving a red Nissan Altima, made obscene gestures at veteran Joe Vallely before blocking his white work truck and spraying an orange substance into his open window.
