The artist described shooting a black-and-white video in Kyoto, Japan, over six weeks while working on a film project with collaborator Aidan. The minimalist song runs 1:32 and features lyrics pondering identity, including lines about possibly being gay and wondering about a muse's orientation. Charli XCX, who is married to George Daniel of The 1975, posted that fans could rip the audio since it is not on streaming platforms.
