Grand Seiko launches four new Evolution 9 Hi-Beat watches

Grand Seiko has introduced four new references in its updated Evolution 9 Hi-Beat collection. The watches feature the 9SA5 automatic movement and updated bracelet designs. They are scheduled to become available in October 2026.

The new models include the black-dial SLGH029 in High-Intensity Titanium, the White Birch SLGH031 in Ever-Brilliant Steel, the Green Birch SLBGH033 in steel, and the light blue SLGH035 inspired by the Iwai River. Each watch measures 40mm in diameter and 11.7mm thick.

All four pieces use the 9SA5 caliber, which beats at 36,000 vibrations per hour and offers an 80-hour power reserve with accuracy rated at +5 to -3 seconds per day. The cases come with box-type sapphire crystals, screw-in case backs, and 10-bar water resistance.

The updated bracelets feature greater taper and push-button folding clasps with tool-free micro-adjustment in three 2mm increments. Pricing starts at €10,400 for the steel models and €11,700 for the titanium reference.
