Zenith marks five years of Chronomaster Sport with new models

Zenith has released five new versions of its Chronomaster Sport watch to celebrate the model's fifth anniversary since its 2021 debut. The lineup includes a limited-edition two-tone model with a mother-of-pearl dial and four skeletonized variants featuring updated clasps. Prices start at €16,500 for steel models.

The new releases feature the automatic El Primero 3600 chronograph caliber, operating at 36,000 vibrations per hour for precise 1/10th-second readings via a central hand that completes a full rotation every 10 seconds. Each 41mm case offers 100 meters of water resistance and up to 60 hours of power reserve. The two-tone limited edition, capped at 50 pieces, combines stainless steel and 18K rose gold with a soft gray mother-of-pearl dial, pinkish sub-dials, and a rose gold bezel. It retails for €20,200, or about US$20,100, and includes an additional rubber strap. The date appears at the 4:30 position, a signature from the original 1969 El Primero A384 reference. The skeleton sub-collection exposes the movement through gradient smoky sapphire dials, revealing the balance spring and escape wheel. Two stainless steel models offer green or black ceramic bezels, with monochrome gray or tricolor sub-dials respectively, each paired with a matching rubber strap. An 18K rose gold version features a black ceramic bezel and rubber strap, while a 10-piece limited edition adds a full rose gold bracelet and 52 baguette-cut diamonds on the bezel. Skeleton steel models are priced at €16,500 (US$16,700), the standard gold at €31,200 (US$31,500), and the diamond version at €111,400 (US$111,000). Stainless steel skeleton watches introduce the new patented Zenclasp, with improved folding mechanism and 10mm on-the-fly micro-adjustment in 2.5mm increments for easier wear. Zenith plans to roll out the clasp to other Chronomaster Sport variants, including older models from 2021 onward via conversion kits at authorized dealers.
