Higher education institutions boost Ethiopia national dialogue process

Ethiopia's National Dialogue Commission chief said government, private and religious higher education institutions and scholars have made major contributions to the process.

The commission held talks in Addis Ababa on draft agendas with partner stakeholders.

Mesfin Araya said agenda collection had been completed successfully across all regions and the two city administrations. The work involved institutions, political parties, diaspora communities and other actors.

The commission is now presenting the prepared drafts to stakeholders to gather further inputs. Once this phase ends the final agenda will be submitted for the main national congress.
