IDFC First Bank reports record quarterly profit of Rs 1,075 crore

IDFC First Bank posted its highest-ever quarterly profit for the period ended June 30, 2026. The lender's net profit rose sharply from the same quarter a year earlier.

IDFC First Bank reported a profit after tax of Rs 1,075 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. This figure marked a 132.4% increase from Rs 463 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The bank described the result as its highest-ever quarterly profit after tax. Net interest income also increased 21% during the period.

The results were announced on Saturday. The bank operates in India and focuses on retail and corporate banking services.
