Judge archives Begoña Gómez complaint against Vito Quiles

A judge in Majadahonda has archived the complaint filed by Begoña Gómez against Vito Quiles for alleged aggression in a Las Rozas bar.

The judicial ruling, dated May 12, concludes that the recordings do not prove any shaking or that Quiles put his arm around the complainant. The judge notes that Gómez left the premises immediately and that a companion pushed the accused away.

Blanca María De Juan de Castro, a friend of Gómez, also reported injuries that the court could not confirm after reviewing the videos. The decision is provisional and allows for an appeal.

Quiles’s lawyer, Juan Gonzalo Ospina, has celebrated the archiving of the case with the media.
