El juez archiva la denuncia de Begoña Gómez contra Vito Quiles

Un juez de Majadahonda ha archivado la denuncia presentada por Begoña Gómez contra Vito Quiles por presunta agresión en un bar de Las Rozas.

El auto judicial, fechado el 12 de mayo, concluye que las grabaciones no acreditan zarandeo ni que Quiles rodeara con el brazo a la denunciante. El juez observa que Gómez abandonó el local de inmediato y que una acompañante apartó al denunciado.

Blanca María De Juan de Castro, amiga de Gómez, denunció también lesiones que el tribunal no ha podido acreditar tras revisar los vídeos. La decisión es provisional y permite recurso.
