Lewis Hamilton made a stylish entrance to the Monaco Grand Prix media day by arriving on a limited-edition silver Ducati motorcycle. The seven-time champion rode an ultra-rare Panigale V4 S 100 created for Ducati's 100th anniversary.
Hamilton pulled up at the Monte Carlo paddock on the silver bike, which features his race number 44 on the front. Production of the model is limited to 100 units worldwide, with a sleek silver livery that pays tribute to the 750 Imola Desmo. The motorcycle is powered by an 1103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine that produces 216 horsepower. Its value is estimated at over £60,000. Hamilton arrived after finishing second in Canada, his best result since joining Ferrari. He sits fourth in the drivers' standings with 72 points. The Monaco Grand Prix is scheduled for Sunday 7 June.
