Methaq Arab Group (MAG) is targeting EGP 3bn in contracted sales by the end of 2026. The company is preparing to launch a new phase of its La Reva Signature Residence project in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital at exclusive introductory prices.

Ahmed Mamdouh, recently appointed Chief Commercial Officer at MAG, outlined a commercial strategy to accelerate sales and expand the customer base. The limited-release phase will include competitive incentives for investors and end users.

Units in the new phase overlook the project’s hospitality component. The development offers apartments, Sky Villas and Ground Villas.
