One of One Developments opens new headquarters after strong sales

One of One Developments has opened a new headquarters to support its growth and projects across Egypt. The company also shared updates on its Grounds residential development in New Cairo during the launch event.

One of One Developments announced the opening of its new headquarters on May 21. The move aims to boost operations for upcoming projects in New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, and coastal areas.

The launch event was attended by CEO Mostafa Salah and Vice Chairperson Mahmoud Tammam. They also provided updates on the flagship Grounds project in New Cairo.

The Grounds development will offer two- to four-bedroom apartments. More than 80 percent of the site is set aside for green and open spaces, including an 11-feddan central park. International firm EDSA is handling the masterplan.

Salah noted that the headquarters marks a new expansion phase for the company. He pointed to the success of the Bridges project in Sheikh Zayed, which recorded EGP 1.5 billion in sales in two and a half months.
