Empire State Developments targets EGP 5.6bn sales from Upmount

Empire State Developments Chairperson Mostafa Mohsen said the company aims to achieve around EGP 5.6bn in sales from its new residential project Upmount in the New Capital.

Mohsen explained in an interview with Daily News Egypt that the company is focusing on construction progress and liquidity management rather than launching multiple projects at once.

Upmount, launched in January 2026, consists of around 1,100 residential units with deliveries scheduled to begin in 2030. Loft-style apartments make up about 70% of the units.

The mixed-use El Centro project has recorded contracted sales of EGP 1.5bn, with construction over 50% complete and 97% of units sold.
