Peter Bjorn and John will mark the 20th anniversary of their album Writer’s Block with a North American tour this fall. The Swedish indie-pop trio begins the run on October 10 in Querétaro, Mexico, and concludes it on October 25 in Miami. Josh Rouse will open most of the shows.
The band announced the dates following the album’s continued recognition. Writer’s Block was their first release to reach the Billboard 200 and includes the hit single “Young Folks” along with “Amsterdam” and “Let’s Call It Off.” A press release stated that the performances will feature tracks from the album as well as other catalog highlights. The group’s most recent studio album, Endless Dream, appeared in March 2020. Full tour schedule includes stops in Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Dallas, Austin, Atlanta, Orlando and Miami.
