The National Superintendence of Health appointed interveners for intervened EPS based on strict legal and technical criteria. Superintendent Bernardo Camacho Rodríguez emphasized transparency in the selection and rigorous monitoring of their management. The entity aims to ensure the proper functioning of the General Social Security Health System.

The National Superintendence of Health (Supersalud) announced that the interveners appointed for Health Promoting Entities (EPS) under intervention measures were selected according to strict legal and technical requirements. According to Superintendent Bernardo Camacho Rodríguez, these individuals meet the required profiles in their resumes and come from the Rilco mechanism list, in compliance with the principle of transparency and in accordance with the entity's discretionary authority.

Camacho specified that Supersalud will continue monitoring the management of these agents, aligned with institutional plans and the framework of inspection, surveillance, and control. "It rigorously monitors the application of ethical, legal, and technical principles by the interveners to fulfill the mission objectives of the EPS under intervention," the superintendent stated.

Additionally, the entity will evaluate the interveners' performance considering criteria of ethics, transparency, and efficacy, to protect users' rights and ensure the proper functioning of the General Social Security Health System (SGSSS). This statement addresses concerns about the administration of public health resources, highlighting Supersalud's commitment to accountability in state interventions.
