Tyler O'Neill delivered the go-ahead run in the 11th inning to lift the Orioles to a 4-2 victory over the Astros on Saturday at Daikin Park in Houston.
O'Neill beat out an infield single with two outs in the 11th. Automatic runner Gunnar Henderson scored from second base on the play to make it 3-2. Leody Taveras followed with an RBI single that scored Taylor Ward and extended the lead to 4-2.
Orioles starter Trevor Rogers allowed one run over 6 1/3 innings while striking out a season-high eight batters. Andrew Kittredge earned the win in the 10th inning and Cam Sanders recorded his first save of the season by retiring the side in order in the 11th.
O'Neill also made a key defensive play in the 10th. With the bases loaded and no outs he caught a fly ball in shallow center and threw out Nick Allen at the plate to complete a double play.
The win completed a six-game winning streak for Baltimore, its first since May 30 to June 5, 2025. Astros reliever Enyel De Los Santos took the loss.
