Bauer, a 24-year-old from Cochrane, Alberta, has built strong ties in Winnipeg over four professional seasons with the Moose. He has helped foster families attend games and meet players through his work with the Kinship and Foster Family Network of Manitoba. He also provided custom gloves to a young fan named Noah to support his participation in sports.
