Veterantog feiret nasjonaldagen mellom Falun og Grycksbo

Jernbaneforeningen kjørte veterantog på nasjonaldagen.

Turen gikk mellom Falun og Grycksbo med et diesellokomotiv bygget i Falun på 1950-tallet. Foreningen valgte diesel ettersom ingen damplokomotivfører var tilgjengelig. Rundt 30 personer deltok på den første avgangen på lørdag. Ti år gamle Ingrid Myrén syntes det var spennende å reise på gamlemåten. Björn Santesson, nestleder i Museiföreningen Gefle–Dala Järnväg, bemerket at passasjerer fra Grycksbo kunne ta toget til Åfesten i Falun. Foreningen ble stiftet i 1974 og har 130 medlemmer.
