AlWaheed Developments has launched its ZAHA Residence project in 6th of October City, West Cairo, with planned investments of approximately EGP 3bn.
Waheed Othman, Chairperson of AlWaheed Developments, said the launch forms part of expansion plans in 6th of October City and Sheikh Zayed, with emphasis on construction quality and sustainable development.
The company appointed ADC – Architecture and Design Consultants, led by Ahmed Sorour and Ahmed Maher, as the architectural consultant.
Mohamed Waheed, CEO, stated that delivery is targeted within three and a half years through a phased plan, incorporating smart technologies such as digital management systems and electric vehicle charging stations.
Ahmed El Gohary, Chief Commercial Officer, noted the project covers about eight feddans in Downtown October, with unit sizes from 60 to 175 sqm and over 75 percent of the area allocated to landscaped open spaces.
