Chuwi announces 16-date U.S. tour for spring 2026

Puerto Rican band Chuwi has revealed plans for their Primavera 2026 tour, a 16-date journey across the United States this spring. Following a breakout year in 2025, the group aims to connect with fans in new cities. Tickets go on sale February 6.

Chuwi, formed by siblings Lorén, Willy, and Wester Aldarondo along with family friend Adrián López, is set to return to the U.S. after selling out their debut headlining tour in six cities last year. The Primavera tour marks an expansion, visiting places like Los Angeles, Chicago, and Las Vegas for the first time, while revisiting New York and Miami.

The band expressed enthusiasm in a statement to Rolling Stone: “We are so excited to finally bring our music to places we’ve never reached before. We can’t wait to meet our Chuwisnakies and experience that in-room connection together,” referring to their fanbase.

Chuwi's rise began in 2025 with their feature on Bad Bunny’s Grammy-winning album Debi Tirar Mas Fotos, particularly the track “Weltita,” which highlighted Puerto Rican gentrification struggles in its music video. They performed alongside Bad Bunny at his No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí residency in Puerto Rico and took the stage at the Latin Grammys.

Reflecting on their rapid success, Lorén Aldarondo said last year: “It feels like we zoomed forward three years. Now what are we gonna do?” The tour appears to be their answer, blending modern Puerto Rican sounds with live energy.

The itinerary starts April 16 in San Diego at House of Blues and wraps May 16 in Orlando at The Beacham, including festival stops like Sol Summit in El Paso and Shakori Hills GrassRoots in Pittsboro, North Carolina. Tickets become available February 6 at 10 a.m. local time.
