Blizzard has delayed the Diablo 4 Compass to Carnage event, pushing it from November 4 to November 25 through December 2. A separate update will still launch on November 4 at 6pm GMT for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC, featuring Battle Pass improvements and bug fixes. The event promises enhanced Infernal Hordes challenges with more rewards.
Event Delay and New Schedule
The Compass to Carnage event, originally set for November 4 to November 11, has been postponed to run from November 25 until December 2. This limited-time event focuses on the Infernal Hordes mode, introducing increased Infernal Compasses and Chaos Waves for players to tackle. Blizzard highlighted the intensified chaos: "When fighting in the Infernal Hordes, Chaos seeps further into the marrow of this hellish dance. Expect increased Chaos Waves for every Infernal Hordes run, and you’ll earn loads of additional Aether when sealing Chaos Rifts."
November 4 Update Details
Despite the event delay, Diablo 4 receives a patch on November 4 at 6pm GMT across all platforms. Key changes include adjustments to Battle Pass Reliquaries, making reward claims faster with Favour Tokens using a single button for initiation and confirmation.
The First Aid achievement criteria has also shifted: previously requiring a fully upgraded Healing Potion, it now needs players to use the potion 1,000 times. Existing unlocks remain unaffected.
