The CurlSask U20 provincials took place in Swift Current from February 26 to March 1, where the Grace Loudon rink represented the Estevan Curling Club. Loudon skipped the team, which included third Amy Fradette, second April McMillen, and lead Andrea Fradette, with Pauline Ziehl Grimsrud as coach.
In the round robin, the team started with an 8-4 loss to the Kamdyn Bauldic rink, as Bauldic scored four in the eighth end. They bounced back with an 8-5 victory over Jessie Allchurch in seven ends, highlighted by a four-point second end. Next, Loudon defeated Shaylee Reimer 9-4, thanks to four in the second and three in the fourth ends.
A 10-2 loss in six ends to Shawna Simpson, who had the top round robin record, followed. The team then edged Chloe Semeniuk 8-7 in an extra end after giving up four in the eighth, and closed with a 5-1 win in seven ends over Heidi Fradette's rink from Martensville.
This 4-2 record placed them third, advancing to the playoffs. As the third seed, they faced fourth-seeded Semeniuk and lost 8-2 in seven ends.
Heidi Fradette, who previously curled out of Estevan, led her rink to a 3-3 record at the provincials.
