An advertisement for WWE Triplemania 34 may have revealed a possible September release window for Gears of War: E-Day. The upcoming prequel appears as a sponsor in a promotional spot for the two-night event.
WWE subsidiary Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide announced the event on 10th May via its X account. The 34-second advert focuses on the wrestling shows set for 11th and 13th September in Ciudad de México and one other city yet to be named. At the end of the spot, the Gears of War: E-Day logo appears, confirming the game's sponsorship role.
