HBO Max releases trailer for Big Bang Theory spin-off

HBO Max has unveiled the full trailer for the upcoming comedy Stuart Fails to Save the Universe. The series is set to premiere on July 23.

The trailer provides an extended preview of the single-camera show, which centers on comic book store owner Stuart Bloom.

In the story Stuart accidentally triggers a multiverse crisis by damaging a device created by Sheldon and Leonard. He teams up with his girlfriend Denise, geologist Bert, and physicist Barry Kripke to restore order while encountering alternate versions of familiar characters.

The footage highlights cameo appearances by Wil Wheaton, Joshua Malina, Christine Baranski, Riki Lindhome, Teller, Penn Jillette, and Jon Cryer. The series is created by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady with Zak Penn also serving as executive producer.

This marks the fourth installment in the franchise that began with the original series in 2007.
