PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia and PT Indomobil Prima Niaga inaugurated a new Hino dealer in Banyuwangi, East Java. The facility provides 3S services with four service bays to reduce commercial vehicle downtime.
The new dealer is located on Jalan Raya Jember KM 7 in Banyuwangi Regency. It stands on land measuring approximately 3,300 square meters with a building area of 1,152 square meters.
PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia Marketing Director Tomoki Hattori stated that after-sales service is as important as vehicle sales. He emphasized the need for speedy service handling and parts availability.
"For Hino, selling vehicles is only the beginning of a long-term relationship with customers," Hattori said. He added that the dealer's presence brings services closer to customers in an area developing as a logistics hub between Java and Bali.
