iPhone 16 price drops below Rs 61,000

The iPhone 16 is seeing significant price cuts on Flipkart and Reliance Digital in India. It is listed at Rs 60,999 on Flipkart and Rs 64,900 on Reliance Digital. Bank offers and exchange options can further reduce the effective price.

iPhone 16 Price Cuts in India

The iPhone 16, launched in 2024 globally including India, is now available at reduced prices on multiple platforms. During Flipkart's Valentine's Day special sale, the 128GB variant is listed at Rs 60,999. Buyers can avail up to Rs 4,950 instant cashback, and exchanging an old handset can bring the price down to around Rs 55,000.

On Reliance Digital, the original launch price of Rs 79,900 has dropped to Rs 64,900. Bank offers provide savings of up to Rs 4,000, making the effective price Rs 60,900. Options for no-cost EMI and device exchange are available, with exchange savings depending on the condition of the old phone.

According to a Counterpoint Research report, the iPhone 16 was the best-selling smartphone worldwide in 2025. It features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display protected by Ceramic Shield glass. The device is powered by the Apple A18 (3nm) chip and runs iOS 26. The camera setup includes a 48MP primary and 12MP ultrawide rear lenses, plus a 12MP front camera. The battery lasts over a day with heavy use, supported by USB-C charging and MagSafe.

These discounts are part of limited-time sales, with more offers emerging following the iPhone 17 launch.
