Jesse Eisenberg eager to make Now You See Me 4

Jesse Eisenberg has expressed strong interest in returning for a fourth installment of the Now You See Me franchise. The actor said he feels happier in the role than in any other part he has played.

Eisenberg, who plays street magician J. Daniel Atlas, told The Wrap that he would love to do Now You See Me 4 more than anything else. He noted that the confident character allows him to stand up straight and wear nicer outfits, unlike the depressed roles he usually takes.

The third film, Now You See Me: Now You Don’t, premiered in November and reunited Eisenberg with Dave Franco, Isla Fisher, Woody Harrelson, Lizzy Caplan, Morgan Freeman and Mark Ruffalo. Ruben Fleischer directed that entry.

Last year Lionsgate chair Adam Fogelson announced at CinemaCon that Fleischer will return to direct the fourth film. The franchise has grossed more than $932 million worldwide across its three movies to date.
