Malmö's hockey team has achieved an average attendance of 8289 spectators this season, up by more than 1000 from the previous year. The Malmö Arena sold out on Saturday for the decisive eighth-final playoff match against Djurgården.

Sylvegård noted: “There are several parts to it... We win more matches and play good hockey.
