In a lighthearted Puma advertisement alongside Rickie Fowler, Max Homa showcased an "unhinged" approach to preparing for the 2026 PGA Tour season, including baby goat yoga and Tibetan singing bowl meditation. This prompted a bold response from ex-LPGA Tour star Jane Park, who commented, “Not the PPASSE guy!!! Max is gonna win at least 1 major this year @rubystar330.” Homa liked the post, signaling his appreciation for the confidence.
Homa's last victory came in 2023 at the Farmers Insurance Open, where he edged out Keegan Bradley, Collin Morikawa, and others at Torrey Pines. Since then, the 35-year-old has struggled with form, but late 2025 brought positive signs: he earned enough support to reach the FedEx Cup Playoffs in July and finished T9 at the Bank of Utah Championship to close the year.
Beyond quirky training, Homa has been captaining Jupiter Links Golf Club in the TGL league during Tiger Woods' absence. The league's second season began in late December 2025, and in two matches, Homa secured four of his team's seven points—two each against the New York Golf Club and Los Angeles Golf Club—though Jupiter Links has yet to secure a win.
