Mora has recorded a loss of 320,000 kronor in its latest financial results. The Allsvenskan club had aimed for a profit but faced several challenges during the year.
The club posted losses of 4.9 million kronor and 1.1 million kronor in the two prior seasons. Officials improved the outcome from an initially projected larger deficit.
Club director Johan Strömwall noted mixed results. He said the team maintained hopes of finishing in the black but encountered fluctuating costs and a significant budgeting error in salary expenses.
Mora secured its elite license despite the shortfall. The club now holds equity of 2.63 million kronor for the 2025/2026 period and plans to strengthen its finances going forward.
Strömwall expressed disappointment over not reaching a better position sooner in his tenure.
