Persik Kediri vs Persib Bandung match held without away supporters

Persik Kediri management has secured official permission to host Persib Bandung in the Super League 2025/26 at Stadion Brawijaya, Kediri City, on January 5, 2026. Persik Kediri has finally obtained confirmation of permission from authorities to host Persib Bandung at Stadion Brawijaya in Kediri City, East Java. The week 16 Super League 2025/26 match is scheduled for Monday evening, January 5, 2026, with a 7:00 PM WIB kick-off.

Panpel Chairman Tri Widodo confirmed that official permission has been secured, including police recommendations. However, the game will proceed without away team supporters to ensure security. "The police have recommended that the match can be attended by supporters up to 3,000 people, and that is only for home supporters or Persikmania," Widodo explained in Kediri on Friday.

Widodo also urged home fans to maintain order. "Let's all keep the situation conducive in our home 'Kediri City' so it remains safe and comfortable," he said. Ticket sales will be handled through the Persikmania community for filtering. "Ticket sales through the Persikmania community are intended to filter and ensure sales go to fellow Persikmania members," he stated.

Meanwhile, the Persik Kediri squad is maximizing preparations with routine training and evaluations from previous matches. Currently, Persik sits in 12th place in the temporary standings with 18 points, while Persib Bandung leads with 34 points.
