Post Malone has postponed the start of his Big Ass Stadium Tour Part 2 with Jelly Roll to complete his upcoming double album, The Eternal Buzz. The singer canceled the first six shows, originally set to begin May 13 in El Paso, Texas. The tour will now kick off June 9 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Post Malone announced the tour delay on social media Friday, citing the need to finalize his 40-song double LP. “Looking at the upcoming schedule after Stagecoach, I came to the realization that what we’re trying to do, and what’s possible, isn’t really lining up,” he wrote in his Instagram Story. “The truth is, I promised y’all beautiful people new music, and I don’t have the time to finish it before tour starts. We ain’t ready for tour just yet, so I’m making the decision to push the tour back about 3 weeks to get this music done.”The canceled dates include stadium shows in El Paso, Texas; Waco, Texas; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Birmingham, Alabama; Tampa, Florida; and Oxford, Mississippi. Malone apologized to fans, saying, “I’m so sorry to the folks who were planning on coming to the few canceled shows. I was looking forward to going nuts with y’all.” He added that the team has been making “some badass shit for this double album” and expressed excitement to perform it live. Before the rescheduled tour launch, Malone remains set to perform at festivals: Boots in the Park in Albuquerque on May 16, Gulf Coast Jam in Panama City Beach on May 31, and Carolina Country Music Festival in Myrtle Beach on June 7. The North American leg, now 13 dates, will conclude July 28 in Salt Lake City, followed by an Asia run with Don Toliver replacing Jelly Roll. Variety reported softer ticket sales compared to Part 1 in 2025, though Malone emphasized the album as the reason for the change.
