Paris Saint-Germain defeated Brest 1-0 on Sunday in Ligue 1 matchday 33. Luis Enrique stated in a press conference that the French title is 99.9 percent secured.
The Paris coach stressed the need to prepare for the final two league matches against Lens and Paris FC. He highlighted the importance of managing playing time ahead of the Champions League final against Arsenal on May 30.
Luis Enrique noted that the team still had a « hangover » from the match against Bayern Munich. No celebrations took place on the pitch or in the dressing room because of the decisive game ahead.
The coach also praised young player Senny Mayulu’s versatile performance. He said PSG would remain competitive while prioritizing recovery for the European final.
