The Stal Tops Young Rider Series, a key part of Australia's equestrian development pathway, has been announced for 2026. Established in 2018 by Edwina Tops-Alexander and Jan Tops, the initiative aims to offer young riders aged 18 to 25 high-level competition, exposure to professional standards, and financial support to build toward international careers.

Stal Tops, alongside Jan Tops and Edwina Tops-Alexander, continues its dedication to nurturing talent in the Oceania showjumping scene. Each of the four rounds carries $3,400 in prize money, distributed as follows: first place receives $1,200 plus a Harcour winner's rug, second $800, third $600, fourth $400, fifth $250, and sixth $150. The series champion, determined by accumulated points across all events, earns a Harcour championship rug and a short internship at Stal Tops.

The schedule includes:
- Round 1: February 13-15, 2026, at GDP Classic, Boneo Equestrian Park.
- Round 2: June 19-28, 2026, at Festival of Showjumping, Caboolture.
