Sweden's men's national football team defeated Tunisia 5-1 in their World Cup opener on 15 June. Supporters celebrated the win in several Swedish locations despite the early morning hour and rain.
The match took place in Monterrey and ended 5-1 to Sweden. Yasin Ayari scored Sweden's first goal with a long-range shot.
Supporters gathered outdoors in Luleå at four in the morning despite heavy rain. Around 130 people cheered the team on a large screen.
In Karlstad hundreds of fans filled Inre hamn singing and celebrating as goals were scored. In Jönköping pubs were packed already at four o'clock.
Viktor Gyökeres said after the match that the team now has even more confidence. The next match is against the Netherlands on 20 June.
