Zendaya revealed during a recent interview that she required assistance from her husband Tom Holland to defeat a challenging boss in Insomniac's Spider-Man 2.
The actress, who plays MJ in the Marvel films, discussed the experience while promoting the upcoming movie Spider-Man: Brand New Day. She described her preference for completing games independently on story mode but admitted frustration with one particular encounter.
Zendaya explained that a late-game fight against a mutated version of MJ proved especially difficult. "She turns into like a…monster. And she was stressing me out," she said. Holland noted that she had progressed far on her own before ultimately accepting help.
"You can not help me," Zendaya recalled telling him at the time. "But ultimately, I think you needed to help me because that was a really hard level." The film is scheduled to arrive in theaters on July 31.
