ZEvent 2025 charity marathon returns September 5 to 7

The ZEvent, a video game charity event featuring dozens of Twitch streamers, will return from September 5 to 7, 2025. More than 50 streamers will participate to raise funds for five charities. The event has a strong track record, with last year's edition collecting almost 10 million euros.

ZEvent has become a staple in the gaming community for blending entertainment with philanthropy. Scheduled for three days starting September 5, 2025, the marathon will see over 50 streamers broadcasting live on Twitch. Participants will engage viewers through gameplay and interactive challenges to boost donations.

This year, proceeds will support five organizations: the Ligue contre le Cancer, the Association Française des Aidants, Helebor, Nightline, and a children's charity. The charities will share the funds raised, continuing ZEvent's tradition of aiding multiple causes.

The format encourages generosity by assigning streamers missions tied to donation goals. Upon reaching targets, they undertake fun penalties, such as playing sports or dressing up, creating lighthearted moments for the audience.

Historically, ZEvent has seen impressive growth. In 2020, it raised 5,724,204 euros for Amnesty International. The 2019 edition collected nearly 3.5 million euros for the Institut Pasteur. Since 2021, annual totals have consistently hit around 10 million euros, demonstrating the event's increasing impact.

As an online gathering, ZEvent unites gamers worldwide without a physical venue, accessible via www.twitch.tv. With its proven success, the 2025 edition promises another opportunity for the community to contribute meaningfully while enjoying video game content.
