Sturgill Simpson, performing as Johnny Blue Skies with his band the Dark Clouds, has revealed details of their second album, Mutiny After Midnight, set for release on March 13 via Atlantic Outpost in physical formats only. The record, recorded spontaneously at Easy Eye Sound in Nashville, aims to create a groove-centered dance album addressing themes of global darkness and personal love.
