True Story

Charlie Plummer, Stephen Graham, Toni Collette, Isabela Merced, Maisy Stella and Anthony Hopkins are set to star in 'Ibelin,' a drama based on the true story of gamer Mats Steen. Directed by Morten Tyldum, the film explores Steen's life with a degenerative muscular disease and his vibrant virtual existence in World of Warcraft. Principal photography is scheduled to begin in Europe in 2026.
