Court Executes Ex-Hotel Sultan Land Worth Rp 28.9 Trillion

The Central Jakarta District Court carried out the execution of land and buildings in the former Hotel Sultan area in Central Jakarta valued at Rp 28.9 trillion on 18 June 2026.

The execution followed Central Jakarta District Court decision Number 208/Pdt.G/2025/Jkt.Pst jo Execution Determination Number 01/Pdt.Eks/2026/PN.JKT.PST. The land involved ex-HGB plots Number 26 and 27 on Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto.

The applicant was the Minister of State Secretary and the defendant was PT Indobuildco. The process was led by Court Registrar Parmika Ahyar and secured by police and TNI. Evacuation will proceed gradually over one month with items stored at Jababeka warehouses.

House of Representatives Deputy Speaker Sufmi Dasco Ahmad said he would coordinate with the Ministry of State Secretariat to discuss employee fates. The government opened communication posts and will collect data on former Hotel Sultan staff.
