Fedora retires deepin packages over security and maintenance issues

Fedora's Engineering Steering Committee has voted to remove all Deepin-related packages from the distribution's repositories. The decision follows prolonged maintenance failures and security concerns raised earlier by openSUSE.

The committee approved the retirement with a unanimous 7-0 vote during its May 19 meeting. Release engineering was instructed not to restore the packages without a fresh review process.
