Missoni group completes ownership restructure with fsi

The Missoni Group has finalized a deal that transfers full control to Italian equity firm FSI while bringing in Katjes Quiet Luxury as a new minority shareholder.

The Missoni family sold its remaining stake in the company. FSI increased its holding from 41.2 percent to 73 percent, and Katjes Quiet Luxury acquired the other 27 percent. The transaction closed on May 21 after earlier speculation in January and an announcement in March that FSI would take majority ownership.
