Le groupe Missoni finalise sa restructuration capitalistique avec FSI

Le groupe Missoni a conclu un accord transférant le contrôle total à la société d'investissement italienne FSI, tout en accueillant Katjes Quiet Luxury en tant que nouvel actionnaire minoritaire.

La famille Missoni a cédé sa participation restante dans l'entreprise. FSI a porté sa part de 41,2 pour cent à 73 pour cent, tandis que Katjes Quiet Luxury a acquis les 27 pour cent restants. La transaction a été finalisée le 21 mai, faisant suite aux spéculations de janvier et à l'annonce en mars de la prise de contrôle majoritaire par FSI.
