Serhat Fatah Laso has had his plot on Slingergatan in Nedre Tjärna restored by Borlänge Energi after waiting more than a year.
The excavation work on the plot for new water pipes and electric cables was carried out in June 2025. Borlänge Energi promised at the time to restore everything right after.
Serhat Fatah Laso has encountered various explanations and broken promises over the year. He describes the outcome as a small victory.
– This is also better than nothing, one could say.
The road on Slingergatan however remains a patchwork of potholes.
