Wartburg knights ready for NCAA indoor track and field championships

The Wartburg College Knights men's track and field team is set to compete at the 2026 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in Birmingham, Alabama, on March 13 and 14. National qualifiers for the championships were revealed on March 8, following the team's efforts at the final qualifier meet on March 6 and 7.

At that event, the Knights secured victories in eight events on the second day and completed the first day with wins in the women's distance medley relay and by Grace Braden in her event.

The championships will feature several Knights with All-American credentials:

- Tyynismaa, a two-time All-American in the 60m hurdles;
- Meyer, a two-time All-American in the DMR;
