The Midsummer Classic is scheduled for July 14 at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. Fans can vote online or through the MLB app, with a limit of five votes per day during this initial round. Teams have nominated players for each position, and write-ins are allowed. The top vote-getters from phase one advance to a final ballot that opens June 29. Starting lineups will be announced July 2, with full rosters revealed July 6. Reserves and pitchers are chosen by managers and the commissioner's office. All-Star week in Philadelphia includes the HBCU Classic, MLB Draft, Futures Game and Home Run Derby.
