Teams have nominated players for each position, and write-ins are allowed. The top vote-getters from phase one advance to a final ballot that opens June 29. Starting lineups will be announced July 2, with full rosters revealed July 6. Reserves and pitchers are chosen by managers and the commissioner's office.
