Telangana Tourism and Culture Minister Jupally Krishna Rao attended as chief guest and inaugurated a children’s play area on the Buddhavanam premises. The facility aims to make the site more accessible and engaging for families.

A 'Mobile Museum on Wheels' was also launched to promote Buddhist heritage and education in Telangana. The celebrations highlighted the site's role in preserving and sharing Buddhist traditions.
