Jakarta police have warned residents about expected heavy traffic around the Gelora Bung Karno area starting Saturday, June 6, 2026, due to six major events occurring simultaneously.
The warning was issued via the official TMC Polda Metro Jaya account. Congestion is expected to begin at 12:00 WIB and continue through Sunday, June 7, 2026. Police advised the use of public transportation to avoid long traffic jams and limited parking space. Six large events are taking place simultaneously at the GBK complex and Jakarta Convention Center. They include the EXO Planet #6 EXOrizon concert at Indonesia Arena, the Raisa concert at JCC Plenary Hall, INDOFEST 2026 at JCC Hall B, the PUBG Mobile Global Grand Finals at Tennis Indoor Senayan, the 10 Year for Reality Club concert at Basketball Arena, and the Indonesia Open 2026 at Istora Senayan. Activity was already visible on Friday, June 5, 2026, when EXO fans began arriving. Residents passing through the area were advised to use alternative routes.
